Boardwalk — Privacy
Applies to boardwalk.furysting.com: the Blacktide Command lobby, Dark Waters and Drop Zone. Last updated 14 October 2026.
The short version. Boardwalk has no accounts, no server of its own, no advertising and no analytics. It keeps your settings and your game record in your own browser and sends them nowhere. The only outside service it uses is Google Fonts, for the lettering.
What is kept, and where
Two entries in your browser's local storage for this site. They never leave your device; we cannot see them.
| Key | What it holds |
|---|---|
bw.settings | Your choices: sound on or off, reduced motion, large tap targets, the optional rules you last picked (salvo, sonar ping, extraction, wide zone), and whether you last played pass-and-play or the AI, and at which level. |
bw.stats | Your record for each game on this device: games played, wins and losses against the AI, your current and best win streak, and in Dark Waters your total shots and hits (for accuracy). |
No cookies are set. Nothing about a game in progress is stored; closing the page ends it. To erase everything, clear this site's data in your browser's settings.
Outside services
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) serves the Rajdhani and JetBrains Mono typefaces. Your browser asks Google for them, so Google sees your IP address and the page that asked, as with any web request. See Google's privacy policy. This page itself loads no fonts.
Nothing else is loaded from anywhere else. The sound is made in your browser; there are no sound files and no trackers.
Playing with someone else
Pass-and-play happens on one device and nothing is sent anywhere. The AI runs in your browser. Online play is not available yet; if it arrives, this page will say what it stores before it does.
Questions
Boardwalk is made by Fury Sting Games. The rest of the casino, and the Fury Sting account, are at games.furysting.com, which has its own privacy page.
